Easter 2010
Everyone blows it. At one time or another, we’ve all failed. If we’re honest, we’d admit that we’ve failed even to live up to our own standards, let alone God’s standard of perfection. So sin is a reality, a constant companion. It’s an ugly subject, so we tend to avoid it, hide it, distract ourselves from thinking about it. But God would have us do the opposite: confront it, admit it, deal with it. God actually has some good news for us about sin. As we prepare to celebrate Easter, it’s good to spend some time dealing with this topic that we love to avoid.
