



Weekly women’s workout for all fitness levels combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere! Join us for an hour of work out and fellwship time to follow that will encourage and support as we enter into a healthier lifestyle. Free classes Tuesdays at 7 pm in the Student Center. Childcare available with reservation up to 24 hrs before class starts and a $5 charge per child up to 3 kids.
